Dr. David R. Lloyd
Dr. Lloyd earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the prestigious Emory University School of Dentistry. Following graduation, he served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Navy, completing an advanced General Practice Residency at Naval Hospital in Oakland. During his naval tenure, he led a microbiology research program at a U.S. Navy laboratory in Cairo, Egypt, and authored several peer reviewed journal articles.
A respected clinician, Dr. Lloyd remains dedicated to ongoing professional growth—staying current with the latest advancements in oral health and aesthetic dentistry to offer his patients top-tier care. As the third generation of his family serving the Daytona Beach community, he brings deep-rooted commitment and continuity.

Outside the office, Dr. Lloyd is deeply engaged in the Daytona Beach community. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Rotary Club and previously held a leadership role with Boy Scouts Troop 429. He is also an active member of the Daytona Beach Chamber of Commerce. Continuing his commitment to service, Dr. Lloyd serves as an aircraft commander with the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary. When he’s not giving back to his community or country, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Erin.
