Your First Visit to Indigo Dental of Daytona Beach

Once you step through the front door of our practice, you’ll be warmly greeted in our reception area and offered a bottle of water while you wait. One of our talented dental assistants will come out to greet you and escort you back to our consultation room, where you’ll meet Dr. Anderson and/or Dr. Lloyd for the first time. You’ll be able to ask any questions or share any concerns you have, and they’ll be happy to answer them.

From there, it’s time to head to the operatory room, where your exam and X-rays will be completed. Your dentist will recommend a short-term treatment plan as needed, and you’ll be brought back to the front desk to check out and schedule any further visits. That’s all there is to it.

We’re glad to have met you, and we sincerely hope you’ll visit us again in the future for further care.

How long does a first visit typically take?

Most first visits, including your consultation, exam, and X-rays, take about an hour, though this can vary depending on your individual needs.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Bring a photo ID, your insurance information if applicable, and any completed new patient forms. Our team can send these forms ahead of time to help save time at your visit.

Yes. You’ll meet with Dr. Anderson and/or Dr. Lloyd during your consultation to discuss your smile goals and any concerns before your exam.

In some cases, simple treatment can begin the same day, though more involved care is typically scheduled as a follow-up visit based on your treatment plan.

How do I prepare for my first visit?
